Rules of the Club

Rules of the club are few; although we have a strict fly-only policy, we ask members to use barbless or de-barbed hooks to ensure the fish are released as carefully as possible.  As a Club we encourage all members to try and 'keep fish wet' and to minimise handling where ever possible.  In general we trust our members to behave responsibly.

 Members are permitted to take trout home to eat, although many do not do so, and the stock of trout remains high throughout the year.

Members are required to keep a record of their fishing,  guests and blank days included, and to submit these either via the web site (preferred method) or on paper at the end of each calendar year.
